Local Access Forum The Local Access Forum for Essex is a statutory body as required under the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 and will advise the County Council on how to make the countryside more accessible and enjoyable for open air recreation (countryside access). The Local Access Forum for Essex will be made up primarily, of members of the public and will meet in public. Agendas and notes of the meetings will be published here.
